You keep all rights to your PDFs. We only use them to create your audiobooks and don't share them with anyone.
By using our service, you accept full responsibility for all content you upload. BYOPDF is solely a text-to-speech conversion service and is not responsible for any uploaded content. You agree to indemnify and hold BYOPDF harmless from any claims arising from content you upload.
You may only upload files you have the right to use, for your own personal listening. That means books and documents you own or are licensed to use, public-domain works, and material you created. Do not upload copy-protected files (for example DRM-protected Kindle or Audible titles) or anything you intend to redistribute; we do not remove copy protection and we do not permit it. Audio we create for you is for your personal use and may not be sold, shared publicly, or redistributed.
BYOPDF is a conversion tool: nothing a user uploads is published, shared, or made available to anyone but that user. If you believe material processed through BYOPDF infringes your copyright, email help@byopdf.com with "DMCA notice" in the subject and include: the work you own, the material you believe infringes it and how to identify it, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We act on valid notices promptly, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
